Natural lifters, GLP-1 users, enhanced athletes, and the coaches who manage them. Whether you're chasing your first pull-up or peaking for a meet, ProtoComp meets you where you are instead of forcing you into a template.
Is this medical advice?
No. Educational and coaching tool only. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your training, nutrition, or health.
Do you sell, source, or prescribe compounds?
No — and we never will. ProtoComp doesn't prescribe, diagnose, treat, source, supply, or sell compounds, and it won't connect you with anyone who does. If compounds are part of your life, the app accounts for that context in your training and nutrition. The decisions themselves belong with you and your clinician.

The app

How is this different from other fitness apps?
Most apps hand everyone the same plan and never adapt. ProtoComp adjusts your sessions and food targets around how you're actually recovering and responding — and explains why. Exact progression and nutrition math underneath keeps the numbers sound, so the plan never drifts into nonsense.
Is the coaching just an AI chatbot?
No. The adaptive guidance sits on top of exact, repeatable math for progression, TDEE, and protein floors — hard bounds it can shape but never break. It's guided training support: you can ask why a session changed and push back on a target, and it answers in plain language. It doesn't pretend to be a human coach, and if you have a real coach, they stay in charge.
I'm on a GLP-1. Does this actually work for me?
Yes — it's one of the situations ProtoComp was built for. When appetite drops and weight moves fast, the app holds your protein floor, brings energy targets down at a sane rate, and programs training that protects lean mass on the way down. Your targets keep up with your body instead of lagging three weeks behind it.
Will my data be used for training AI models?
No. Your data is yours. We don't sell it. We don't train on it.

Coaches

How do coaches use ProtoComp?
The coach dashboard lets you monitor every client with context-aware alerts — off-plan trends, contradictory signals, and missed check-ins surface before the next call. One screen, every client.
Can I invite my own clients?
Yes. Coach tier includes client invites and tools for managing your roster and session notes.
What does the coach pricing look like?
Coach tiers start small and scale with your client count. Details will be available in-app.

Privacy & data

Where is my data stored?
In an encrypted, access-controlled database hosted in the US. Row-level security on every record — only you can read your own data.
Can I export everything?
Yes. One click in Settings returns a file with every row you own.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. The same Settings panel permanently deletes your profile, logs, and coach relationships. Cannot be recovered.

Pricing

Is it free?
A free tier covers the basics. Paid tiers unlock adaptive coaching, deeper insights, and coach features. Pricing will be available in-app.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — new users get a preview of the paid experience to start.

Access

Can I use it yet?
ProtoComp is in private beta. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out with early access as we roll out invitations.
What platforms will it run on?
Mobile-first, with a web experience alongside it. We'll share specifics with early-access members.
Will you support Apple Watch / Garmin / Whoop?
Wearable integrations are on the roadmap.
