What this covers

This policy covers protocomp.health — the public website, the waitlist, and the free beta tools. The ProtoComp app has its own privacy controls built in (full data export and permanent account deletion from Settings), and app data is governed by the in-app policy you accept when you create an account.

What we collect here

  • Waitlist email. If you request early access, we store your email address and which page you signed up from. That's the only personal information this site asks for.
  • Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived request logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — like effectively every website on the internet.
  • Nothing from the tools. The reconstitution calculator and encyclopedia run in your browser. We don't store what you type into them.

What we do with it

We use your email to tell you about early access and launch. That's it. We don't sell your data, we don't rent it, we don't trade it, and we don't use it to train AI models. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works.

Who else touches it

Service providers that make the site run: Vercel (hosting) and our database provider (waitlist storage). They process data on our behalf and don't get to use it for their own purposes. We'd also disclose data if the law genuinely required it — and only then.

Your choices

  • Want off the waitlist? Use the unsubscribe link, or email us and we'll delete your address.
  • Want to know what we have on you? Email us. The honest answer for this site is: your email address and a signup date.

Age

ProtoComp is built for adults. This site isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
